Icke Turner

Watched a TV programme on Channel 5 last night.

It was about the legend that is David Icke.

Myself, like many others in this country, believed that he was stark raving mad when we saw such newspaper headlines as "I am the son of God" and "I am no longer the son of God, I am now a snow plough".

Don't misunderstand me, he probably is a little loco but I tried to watch the 1 hour TV show with an open mind last night.

I think it is a bit of a leap of faith to believe that David Icke predicted Hurricane Katrina, 9/11 and the Iraq war but it does appear that his general beliefs and "prophecies" do have a certain Soothsaying quality.

Surprisingly, or not, I did agree with many of his general beliefs.

Police State........Yes
Bullshit Media.......Yes
Hidden Agendas.......Yes
Sleeping populations....Yes
Our planet run by Reptiles.......maybe.

This guy has about 600000 hits on his website every week (I think) and has written 16 books which have been translated into 8 different languages.

Now, I don't really read books coz they bore me (I do have a pretty low attention span/boredom threshold), but I might read a couple now (OK, probably not).

I would like to see him speak though, coz I want to know more than the hour segment last night.

So David, if you read this (Yeah right) I'd love to have a beer or two with you sometime.

I do have many, many questions which I need to ask.
