Daddy or Chips?
X, who's blog I have been reading alot lately thanxs to Kate, got me thinking with his I'm so pretty post. He said that he loved 3 things. Himself, ladies and music.
My passions are slightly simpler. I love ladies and football (narcissism isn't really my bag).
I was once asked the question "If you had to give up sex or football , which one would you choose?".
How the hell can I answer that?
Oh wait a minute. Sometimes (only twice in my life) the beautiful game can be so exhilarating that genuine lovers of the game experience what can only be described as The Football Orgasm.
I know it sounds weird but trust me, it does exist.

I'm more of a basketball man myself, Grant, but given the choice between basketball or sex, I'm going with sex and sticking to it for the rest of my life. Without remorse.
You see, with basketball, I have to fight someone for the remote control and the viewing time, then commit the unfathomable crime of not paying attention to my girlfriend for an extended period of time.
With sex, however, no fighting of any sort has to occur; I'm happy and Girlfriend's happy because I'm also paying attention to her.
For an extended period of time.

I hear what you're saying X. It is difficult to justify time away from good lovin but I've known football for 26 of the 31 years I've been on this planet and I've only known super lisa for 4 years. It is a conundrum.
However, as Andy (Tom Hanks) says in Philadelphia, every problem has a solution. I
Sure enough, I got it. Super lisa loves buildings/architecture as much as I like the beautiful game(I know!).
So, I guess we could go on tour to various stadiums around the country. I could watch the game and Lisa could admire the craftmanship of the stadium.
Pity there's not much coverage of basketball in this country. The 2nd most played sport in Europe and nobody here cares. I used to watch it on Channel 4 with my dad when I was a nipper but then that was replaced by Carol Vorderman on Countdown. End of.
Exhibit B, F.A Cup semi-final Man utd V Arsenal. Giggs wonder goal. I'm not a fan of Man Utd or Giggs for that matter but I was surrounded by gooners. Their faces made the orgasm(Ooh, thats not right).
Exhibit C, Euro 2004 Czech Republic V Greece. Silver Goal Extra time. Corner for Greece (105 mins). Basinas takes and flicked in by Dellas. Game Over.
Oh come on Kate. Pele advertises Viagra. Do you think he can't score anymore. Course he can.
