HT/FT. That's where the money is

Yes, I know it has been a long time since I last posted. I just haven't had anything to say for myself recently.

There's a lot going on in my life at the moment but most of that I don't really wanna talk about yet.

This post is dedicated to the astounding piece of luck I had on Wednesday.

I recently opened an account with Betfair. For all you people who aren't aware of what this is, Betfair is a betting exchange where individual people act as as the bookmaker.

For example, an individual may offer 18/1 that Birmingham beat Arsenal this weekend, whereas the biggest price you would get at a bookmaker maybe 12/1.

Anyway, this week I placed a bet on the Porto V Artmedia match in the Champions League.

I bet £2 on Porto to be winning at Half time and Artmedia to go on to win the match.

Porto were leading 2-1 at HT but Artmedia won the match 3-2.

I feel very sorry for the person who laid me 370/1 and lost £740, but the again it was a stupid price.

One final note.

If you have a good win, don't tell your woman.

If you do, you'll regret it.
